* Tech Team: AI/ML engineers, blockchain developers, full-stack developers, DevOps, QA, smart contract security & indexing specialists.
* Business & Operations Team: Business Development (BD), Project Manager, HR, Accountant, Portfolio Manager.
* Strengthen both product execution and business operations for scale.

**3. Marketing & Growth – 30%**

* Execute Full GTM strategy for users & clients onboard, token fundraise pre-TGE.
* Community growth through Zealy, Galxe, Discord XP systems, and referral campaigns.
* Launch creator incentives, Cruzpass, AMA circuits, and ambassador programs.

**4. Partnerships & Ecosystem – 5%**

* Drive L1/L2 chain integrations (7 chain already in pipeline)
* Run co-marketing and launch campaigns with partners.
* Onboard white-label clients (Chains, IP Brands, NFT & Game Projects, Enterprise).

**5. Legal & Compliance – 5%**

* Secure UAE & Other Country license and establish global legal structure.
* Conduct smart contract audits and compliance reviews.
* Register trademarks and protect IP.

* Cover infrastructure cost (cloud, indexing, analytics, API), SaaS, and advisory.
* Manage accounting, legal retainer, and remote team operations.
* Establish UAE operational presence.

* Build a contingency fund for unforeseen costs and market volatility.
* Finance ongoing platform maintenance, security upgrades, and future feature roll‑outs.
* Ensure continuous improvement of the Polycruz ecosystem without interrupting core runway.

* Secure listings on reputable CEXs/DEXs to maximize $CRUZ token accessibility.
* Seed liquidity pools and market‑maker partnerships to keep spreads tight and trading active.
